Who operates Stock & Stir

Stock & Stir is a product operated by Lovett Landing, LLC. This policy explains how Lovett Landing, LLC collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you use Stock & Stir.

Information we may collect

• Account information: email address, account identifiers, authentication status, and related account records.
• Kitchen and household information: pantry, refrigerator, freezer, equipment, household members, servings, preferences, avoidances, dietary settings, and other information you choose to save.
• Product activity: meal-planning selections, generated meal requests, feature usage, error and performance information, and similar operational data.
• Subscription information: subscription status, plan, billing interval, trial dates, cancellation status, Stripe customer/subscription identifiers, and payment-status metadata. Full payment-card numbers are intended to be handled by the payment processor rather than stored by Stock & Stir.
• Support communications: messages and information you send when requesting help or contacting us.
• Technical information: browser/device information, network and security logs, and information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide and personalize Stock & Stir, remember your kitchen and household, generate and rank meal options, maintain accounts and subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, improve reliability, communicate with you, comply with legal obligations, and protect Lovett Landing, LLC, our users, and the service.

Service providers

We may use service providers to host, authenticate, secure, process payments for, monitor, or otherwise operate Stock & Stir. These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary for the services they perform and are subject to their own terms and privacy obligations.

Current or planned infrastructure includes Supabase for account/data services, Render for hosting, and Stripe for payment processing when billing is activated.

Product analytics and operational measurement

Stock & Stir may use a limited, predefined set of product events and technical facts to understand whether setup was completed, whether a requested feature succeeded or failed, whether customers return, which application version is running, and how the service is performing. We collect only the operational data reasonably needed to run, secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve Stock & Stir.

When repeat use must be measured, an event may use an internal pseudonymous account or household identifier. The analytics event stream does not contain names, email addresses, saved kitchen contents, household profiles, dietary settings, meal requests or results, recipe or grocery-list contents, support messages, audio, photos, contacts, precise location, passwords, or full payment-card numbers. We do not use keystroke recording or session replay on authenticated product pages.

Information a customer deliberately saves in My Kitchen or another feature remains in the core service data needed to provide that feature; it is not copied into the analytics event stream. Staff, demonstration, automated-test, and synthetic activity is labeled separately and excluded from customer business measurements.

Public-site analytics and advertising measurement

We may use limited public-page, device, referral, campaign, and conversion information to understand whether Stock & Stir advertising and launch materials are working. Where required, we will provide consent or choice controls before using non-essential advertising or analytics technology.

We do not intentionally send saved kitchen contents, household profiles, dietary settings, generated meals, support messages, account passwords, or full payment-card numbers to advertising providers. Launch analytics should be configured to avoid collecting those sensitive product details.

Sale and advertising use

Lovett Landing, LLC does not sell Stock & Stir customer account, kitchen, or household data for money and does not use saved kitchen or household data for cross-context behavioral advertising. Limited public-site referral, campaign, and conversion information may be shared with advertising or analytics providers solely to measure and improve Lovett Landing, LLC’s own marketing. If these practices materially change, this policy will be updated and legally required choices will be provided.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and security records, resolve disputes, comply with law, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may differ by data type.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards, but no internet service, database, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may update or remove kitchen and household information through available product controls, cancel a subscription through the billing controls when billing is active, and contact us regarding access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests. Certain records may be retained where required or permitted by law, for security, fraud prevention, billing reconciliation, or legal claims.

Children

Stock & Stir is not designed as a service directed to children under 13, and Lovett Landing, LLC does not knowingly seek to collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the service.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as Stock & Stir changes. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and any notice required by applicable law.
